This Privacy Notice for California Residents (“Notice”) supplements the Liberty Diversified International, Inc. (“LDI”) Website Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). This Notice is provided to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”). Terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.

This Notice applies to personal information we collect from California residents who use our websites, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us. It does not apply to data collected through the LDI application or from job applicants. This Notice explains our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when we act as a “business” under the CCPA.

“Personal information” under the CCPA includes information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could be reasonably linked to a particular consumer or household. It does not include:

Response Time and Format

We will respond within 45 days. If an extension is needed, we will notify you. Requests are free unless excessive or unfounded. Responses will cover the preceding 12-month period.

Non-Discrimination Policy

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this Notice at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our site indicates acceptance.
